Plant Disease Detection Using CNNs

Developed a deep learning model using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to classify 38 plant diseases with 91% accuracy. Trained on the PlantVillage dataset with 55,448 images, leveraging TPU acceleration for efficient processing. Implemented data augmentation techniques to enhance generalization, making the model robust against variations in lighting and symptoms. This solution automates disease detection, assisting farmers in early identification and preventive measures.

Counterfeit IC Detection

Built a CNN-based model that achieved 93.5% accuracy in detecting counterfeit integrated circuits. Trained on a dataset of IC images, the model differentiates genuine and fake components using advanced image classification techniques. This project demonstrates the application of AI in quality control and enhances the security of electronic manufacturing by reducing reliance on manual inspection

ChatGPT-Powered Voice Assistant

Designed an AI-driven voice assistant using the XIAO ESP32 S3, integrating ChatGPT API for real-time conversational capabilities. This project showcases expertise in IoT, NLP, and embedded AI, enabling interactive voice responses for smart applications. The compact, lightweight assistant is designed for seamless integration into edge AI devices, demonstrating advancements in AI-powered automation.
